Welcome to your new home away from home! This charming and cozy lake-home features 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and 1 bathroom, breathtaking views, sprawling deck space, a private dock and more. Its central yet private location gives easy access to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, wineries, restaurants and more. Ample parking, sleeping options, and yard space makes this home perfect for families, small/medium groups, or just yourself! An easy drive to Taughannock Park, Cornell & IC too!
The space
This home is a cozy lake retreat perfect for families, groups, couples, or just yourself! The home is located down a private gravel road. At the end of the road, guests will find a parking area for around 3 cars. After parking, a very short flight of stairs will bring guests to the front door. Few stairs from the parking area to the home is a rare feature in this area, making it suitable for small kids or stiff joints!

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a light filled living room with a 4 person dining table, couch, chairs, a small TV, and bays of windows with direct lake views. You might not even turn the TV on! Off of the living room, a spacious deck awaits. The upper deck includes a grill, outdoor dining furniture, a space heater, and lounging furniture. A majority of the upper deck is covered for enjoyment rain or shine! A lower deck is connected that offers even closer views and more lounging furniture.

Connected to the living room, the kitchen features ample counter space for cooking, a small coffee bar/seating area, fridge, oven with gas stove, microwave, and small appliances. We also have the kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plate-ware, utensils, a small selection of spices, and more!

Off of the kitchen is a small hall with the full bathroom on the right hand side. While on the smaller side, the bathroom offers a full vanity, storage, toilet, and a comfortable size shower! Ample, plush towels are also available for each guest.

Continuing down, guests will find a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, nightstand, lamp, vanity dresser, and a bookshelf. This bedroom also connects back to the living room for convenient access.

On the other side of the kitchen, another bedroom with two double beds, very comfortable for one person each (two people if in a pinch)! This room also includes a dresser for easy storage.

Further down the living room, a set of french doors leads to the primary bedroom, featuring a queen bed, dresser, nightstands, and a bay of windows that look directly over the lake. No need to leave the bed to see the views!

We also do NOT allow boat docking. The dock is not set up for docking and will damage boats
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, parking area, and outdoor spaces. The covered boat lift is off limits and boat docking is not currently permitted.
Other things to note
Please note that the stairs down to the lake are steep. Guests with mobility issues may struggle to access the dock, but can enjoy the views easily!

We also do NOT allow boat docking. The dock is not set up for docking and will damage boats.
