You will immediately feel comfortable in this well-kept room with separate access and private shower/toilet. In an old horse stable from 1903, stylishly converted by Rudolf Olgiati. Ilanz is the starting point for numerous attractions!

You will immediately feel at home in this cozy studio in the heart of Ilanz. Ilanz is a small town in the wonderful holiday destination "Surselva" - close to Switzerland's amazing skiing and hiking areas of Flims, Laax & Falera. Come and enjoy!
The space
This studio is in a old, renovated barn and is on the second floor. It has a private entrance, a balcony facing west, one bedroom with a king size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. The room is ideal for 2 people and it is unique in its style and design. The house was renovated by renowned local architect Rudolf Olgiati and architecture aficionados from around the world travel to this region to see his works. Here you have the unique opportunity to stay in one of his houses!
The room's floor is a white Carrara marble, and there are pieces of centuries-old furniture from the region - collected over generations by the owner's family.
Please note there is no kitchen, however, there is a microwave, an electric water kettle and a Nespresso machine! . There is also a TV and a small fridge.

There is everything you need: Parking in front of the house. No kitchen facilities available. TV, electric kettle, tea and instant coffee available.
Bed sheets and towels. Tiny fridge.
