Hare & Hollow with Hot Tub & Fenced Yard

Welcome to Hare & Hollow, a dreamy escape in Hankins, NY where modern comfort meets woodland charm. With 3 cozy bedrooms, a screened porch, hot tub, fire pit, and fenced yard, it’s perfect for unwinding with loved ones (pups too!). Soak under the stars, gather by the fire, or explore nearby towns like Callicoon, Roscoe, and Livingston Manor for farm-to-table dining, fly fishing, hiking, and unique boutiques. Near family friendly skiing and snow tubing!

Hankins, NY is a hidden gem in the Catskills, offering a peaceful escape surrounded by rolling hills, forests, and the scenic Delaware River. Known for its small-town charm and natural beauty, it’s a favorite for fishing, hiking, kayaking, and exploring the outdoors year-round. Just a short drive to quaint towns, farm stands, and antique shops, Hankins invites you to slow down, unwind, and soak in the magic of upstate New York.

You will have access to the entire home besides some locked closets. You also have access to the wonderful fenced in yard.

Step inside to an airy, open-concept living space where the kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly together under soaring ceilings flooded with natural light. The cozy living room features ample seating, a large smart TV, and a collection of games. Spin some vinyl on the record player and enjoy your favorite music through the sound system for the perfect relaxed night in.

The modern kitchen offers generous counter space for preparing delicious meals, which you can enjoy at the central dining table that buzzes with communal energy. Just off the kitchen, a versatile screened-in porch offers another dining table and a full-sized ping pong table, perfect for an al fresco meal or a friendly competition.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll find comfortable and private spaces for everyone:

Primary Suite (Main Floor): Features a queen bed, a modern ensuite bathroom, and a screen door with direct access to the back deck.

Second Bedroom (Main Floor): Offers another queen bed and is conveniently located next to the second full bathroom.

Upstairs Loft: A spacious area with two full-size beds, a TV, a half bath, and a dedicated workspace for any remote work needs.
Outdoor Oasis

The fully fenced-in backyard is your private sanctuary for fun and relaxation. As dusk settles, gather around the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs, sway in the hammock, or fire up the BBQ grill on the back deck. For the ultimate indulgence, soak in the bubbling hot tub under the stars. The welcoming front patio provides another lovely spot for your morning coffee.

For your comfort and convenience, the home is equipped with central air conditioning and a washer/dryer.

The best and only way to reach the cabin is by car, as there are no nearby train stations.

While you’ll be nestled in a peaceful rural setting, you may occasionally hear some light road noise. It’s nothing major but worth noting.
