Welcome to our beach cottage! We hope you have a wonderful stay. Please help

us keep the property in excellent condition for future guests by following

these house rules.







**Occupancy & Registered Guests**



Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in

advance by the owner or property manager.



No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.



Commercial activities and events are prohibited without prior written

approval.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

**Smoking**



No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home.



Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of..



Additional cleaning fees may be assessed for smoking violations.

**Pets under 20lbs**



Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval.



Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and

outside the property.



All pet waste must be properly disposed of.



Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture unless protective coverings are

used.



Any excessive pet hair, stains, odors, waste removal, lawn damage, or

additional cleaning required as a result of a pet's stay may result in

additional cleaning or damage fees.

Use the fire pit responsibly and at your own risk.

Fully extinguish all fires before leaving the area or retiring for the

evening.

next guest.



Remove and properly dispose of any ashes, fire logs, debris, and trash

associated with fire pit use.



Additional cleaning fees may be assessed if the fire pit area requires extra

cleaning or maintenance.

Clean the grill after each use.



Turn off the propane tank after use (propane can be purchased at Ace

Hardware).



Replace the grill cover and utensils when finished.



Guests may be charged for excessive grill cleaning if left in unsanitary

condition.

Please use the stove exhaust fan while cooking to help prevent smoke alarms

from activating.



There is no garbage disposal.



Do not pour grease, oils, fats, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the sink.



Please use the sink strainer provided.



Please rinse dishes well before placing them in the dishwasher

**Bathrooms**



Flush toilet paper only.



Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, cotton swabs,

dental floss, or any other items.



Plumbing repairs resulting from improper use may be charged to guests.

**Laundry**



Do not overload the washer or dryer. Only fill half way and use quick wash

setting.



Shake excess sand from towels and clothing before washing.



Please use appliances responsibly.

**Trash & Recycling**



Bag all trash before placing it in outdoor bins.



Keep bin lids closed at all times to prevent animals from accessing trash.

Lock all doors and windows.



Turn off lights and appliances not required to remain on.



Put thermostat at 80 F cool setting in summer or 58 f warm setting in winter
