Ma place est juste au bord de l'eau avec votre propre plage de sable. Une promenade rapide au restaurant ou une promenade en bateau au restaurant et Ă  manger. Pas de soucis pour prendre un verre et rentrer Ă  la maison. Vous allez adorer ma place Ă  cause de l'emplacement et de l'ambiance. Mon endroit est bon pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Prenez un verre ou un barbecue sur le pont et regardez la scĂšne sĂ©rine des bateaux qui passent. L'atmosphĂšre est tout simplement incroyable. De plus, le centre-ville n'est qu'Ă  4 minutes. loin pour tous vos besoins d'achat: Ă©picerie, marchĂ© de producteurs, bagel / charcuterie, Starbucks, pizzaria, 7-11 et plus. Si vous voulez visiter les plages de l'ocĂ©an, elles sont Ă  moins de 10 minutes. À l'ocĂ©an, ce sont des sauveteurs, des toilettes, un snack-bar pour la nourriture et des douches extĂ©rieures. Vous allez adorer ça ici!

Great stay in Hampton Bays! The location was amazing - right on the beach and very close to town and shops. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and I especially appreciated all of the beach and water supplies (chairs, umbrella, kayaks). Brian was very communicative and thorough with instructions throughout our stay, even providing recommendations for the area. The only thing I wish I had known was that the wall between the bedroom and living room has a window/open space in it, so it doesn't allow for a completely private bedroom. It wasn't a big deal for us, but something worth mentioning. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again!

Our host was wonderful - communicative, thoughtful, and super helpful. The space itself was beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. We very much enjoyed the view (especially getting to see a great egret!), the access to the water, and the comfortable space. It was close enough to everything we needed, while also being its own little peaceful paradise. It made for a truly lovely weekend getaway!

Great location and Owner

The house was fantastic and the location was even better. We rented it for a short mid week time and had fun exploring the area. Plenty of restaurants in the area. I do recommend arriving in day lights hous, it was a little hard to find at night. The house was clean cozy, comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and suggested several things to do and eat.

What we needed and more!!

I can’t say enough about this property and the host !!! Brian was an absolutely amazing host. From answering all of our questions to recommendation and accommodations
 He went above and beyond I had ever experienced with any host. First the house was just so perfect!!! The layout was so thoughtfully done. This house has everything you need!! Not to mention an amazing restaurant RUMBA right next door.. So we definitely had our RUMBA RUN twice a day! Our toddler was just so happy to be here as well. Brian made sure there was a high chair for her and a play yard. Even had a baby tub available for us!! Everything was so nice and clean!!’ The decoration in the house was just perfect!!! Sofas were comfortable our lil daily naps there were the best
 the beach
 just as nice.. My lil girl walked up and down with her dad loving every step
 She even got inside the water and was just as happy as clam!! This would be the perfect spot to just relax and enjoy yourself. Plenty of amenities close by.. We even had paddle boards available for us just in case we felt a lil more adventurous.. We didn’t. But if we did they were there.. THIS PLACE IS A MUST FOR THE SUMMER!! And I can see people enjoy this place all year round !!! Truly a tucked away gem!!!

Relaxing beach getaway

The house was clean and new and the owners clearly pay a lot of attention to the details that make a stay just perfect. We enjoyed the location
small, private beach right next to a good restaurant and also a quick drive to town and ocean beaches. We enjoyed the view from the deck while we barbecued and our daughter had fun using the beach toys and badminton set up. The weather wasn’t great during part of the trip, but we were able to relax with a movie (many stations available on the house TV) and there are also a lot of things to do nearby on a rainy day. We’d love to stay for another getaway and explore the area more.

Excellent location, view, and amenities

A perfect spot on the water to watch the boats, swans, and enjoy the sunrise. Brian's place is perfect for two and so convenient to Hampton Bay, Hamptons, and North Fork destinations. Added benefit of having Rumba restaurant (and its delicious aromas) right next door. Great to be able to walk right over after a long drive the first day!

A Stay by the Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice, beachy house by the bay. It was well maintained, very clean, and fully equipped with anything you might need. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. Great location too. Near the stores, restaurants, and other popular spots, yet set back in a waterside neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The getaway I needed!

This property is extremely beautiful. Inside was extremely clean. It was decorated so nice. They really provide you with everything you need, even for families with children. I took notice to the child safety precautions in the home. I came during off season (February) because I wanted to take a little trip where it was safe with COVID. The view is magnificent. Town has everything you need and the restaurant next door is delicious. It was wonderful to be able to walk over. The owners were so nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Brian and Christine! I had an amazing time!

Most Warm and Big Hearted Hosts

This is a delightful location, on the bay, near the beach. The interior is new construction, pleasantly decorated, the structure is open and airy. The home is child-proofed. All appliances are top brand names and brand new. The kitchen is well-appointed. There is a large deck off the sliding doors to the living room. A lovely water view of the bay can be seen from the kitchen, the living room and even from the bedroom. There are restaurants in the area, and many businesses that will deliver. I think this spot offers everything from secluded nature enjoyment or a little bit of nightlife. The hosts were so thoughtful, leaving every possible item someone could need, e.g. band aides, notepad and pen, fresh bar of soap. They are also concerned about Covid safety. It's a wonderful spot for a couple seeking a get-away, and I'm looking forward to staying there again.

FABULOUS!!!!

Don’t hesitate! Don’t look any further! You’ve ABSOLUTELY chosen the best beach front property in Hampton Bays. We were there for five days of peace, nature, local wineries, great restaurants (best one next door) and the most beautiful view every time of the day from the beach home. The owners are courteous, professional and have thought of everything in their home. Just bring yourself and a loved one. You’ll find no place better! We are certain, you’ll be pleased!
