A set of stairs leads you from the parking area to your lake home. Inside, an open floor plan allows you to mingle with your guests freely regardless of whether you're meal prepping, dining, or relaxing on the sofa. A sliding glass door to the deck offers natural sunlight to shine right in all day long, and boasts a beautiful Keuka Lake view.

The lakeside deck is covered to help offer a little shade from the afternoon sun. Whether you're enjoying swimming in the lake, casting a pole into the water, or sunbathing on the dock – there's plenty of fun and relaxation to be had when you stay at Keuka Lake's Little Piece of Haven.

Boutique shops and delicious dining can be found in the Hammondsport town square just minutes south of this lake home. Ravines, and Peasant Valley Wine Company are just a couple of the nearby wineries. Regardless of whether you've come to explore, or your plan is to relax and stay in, this little lake home is the perfect Finger Lakes getaway!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
