Le cap est situĂ© en face du lac. Vous pouvez lancer le bateau Ă  partir de cette propriĂ©tĂ©. Il y a un quai pour bateaux. Beaucoup de stationnement au mĂȘme niveau que la maison. Assez de place pour bateau et remorque et plusieurs voitures, et pas sur la route principale. SituĂ© sur le cĂŽtĂ© ouest du lac Keuka Ă  seulement 7 miles au nord de Hammondsport. Trois restaurants sur le lac, tous Ă  moins de 5 miles de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Plusieurs vignobles, quelques brasseries et une distillerie Ă  moins de 2 miles. Vous pouvez voir le lac depuis la plupart des fenĂȘtres de la maison. Vous avez Ă©galement une vue sur le bluff. Autres activitĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ© golf, musĂ©es, boutiques de cadeaux, magasins d'antiquitĂ©s, magasins de poterie et divertissement. Quatre restaurants sur le lac avec accĂšs en bateau. Ou en bateau Ă  Hammondsport pour manger, faire du shopping ou faire l'Ă©picerie. Il y a aussi des locations de bateaux et jet ski disponibles sur le lac. Grande pĂȘche sur le lac Keuka. We loved our stay! There were six adults and we had more than enough room. The house is very cozy and clean! We used the firepit every night and grilled on the grill provided. Being able to launch and dock our pontoon boat for the weekend was so convenient. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock in the Adirondack chairs or fishing / boating. Quiet area and such easy access to the water, just right across the road. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely be back! Highly recommend.

Our time on Keuka Lake is always so enjoyable. We stayed at this property for a week. The house is comfortable and clean, the kitchen well equipped, very spacious, with comfortable beds, but it does need some updates (more grounded electrical sockets, better and quieter air conditioning units, grill that fully works, more responsive TV set-up).Jamie was super responsive to all my inquiries, but a more thorough detailing of check-in, rules and guidelines, what isn’t working, would have been helpful.We were a little confused regarding the shared deck/dock across the street and were a little uncomfortable using when renters were in the adjacent house, as we were not sure if they were aware we could use. We did not take full advantage.Overall, we had a good stay.

Great location.

House was clean and provided everything one would expect. The water front area was fantastic. Was able to dock our large pontoon boat and there was enough room for our two jets skis. Load of parking and Jamie was helpful and very pleasant to deal with. We will go back there again.

Fishing Trip

Great stay on beautiful Keuka Lake. Private boat launch was awesome and the dock area was great for hanging out and relaxing. House is across the street but very easy access to the launch. Would stay here again!

Quaint Keuka Lakehouse - great get-away place

My family and I stayed for a week at this great lakeshore house and really enjoyed our stay. The house is not new but has every amenity we needed, including access to Keuka Lake. We had our pets with us and managing them was simple at this house. We'd never been to the Finger Lakes before and found them to be a great place to get away on the water. We hired a fishing guide and caught a ton of fish, kayaked along the lakeshore, ate out at two great restaurants on the lake and visited the Curtiss Aviation Museum. There were a ton of things to do in the area, Jamie was a great host that was responsive to our questions and needs and, the house was a great location and place to make our home base. We hope to return again soon!

Quiet & Convenient Cape House

Me and my husband stayed with our pup. The house was very clean and location was very quiet and private. It is next to a restaurant lot that is closed & for sale which in my opinion couldn’t have been better. House has a yard for activities and is near many wineries. Jamie was attentive to any Qs we had! The house was stocked with kitchen supplies/cook ware which is always appreciated. AC units made it very comfortable and dock was perfect for everyday fishing/swimming/lounging. Loved our stay! Only con, bring bug spray!

Alot of money for what it was

Clean and comfortable beds. House is updated just enough to make it rentable. Washer and dryer in an old basement which we did not use. Could use newer towels and washcloths and the stove burners do not fit properly so cooking is a real experience. No TV's in any bedrooms. Beautiful dock and boat ramp which we used every day. All in all we had a good stay and weather was great. Just a few updates would be valuable.

This older, nautical-themed home is solidly built, is tastefully decorated, hardwood floors both downstairs and upstairs and the newly remodeled upstairs full-bath is quite inviting. There are no other rentals adjacent to this house, so noisy neighbors are not a factor, in that regard. However, since the restaurant is across the road, noisy patrons from that establishment can be disturbing, especially if you are prone to turning in early. On a busy weekend, the road noise from cars is also ubiquitous. The beds are comfortable, as is the living room furniture and there is a foosball table, a small library of books, board games and DVD movies for your enjoyment. However, you’ll have to bring your own DVD player, for even though the listing says that there is one in the house, we couldn’t find it.The stove burners are not level which makes cooking a challenge. The coffee filter was full of grounds and MOLD! The supposed gas grill had no gas and the knobs were completely worn of directions. Air conditioning UNITS were so loud you couldn't hear the TV. I will not give this VRBO house even a "good" rating for the cost. STAY ELSEWHERE! Assuming that the owners of this house utilize a property maintenance service, that service is not checking all of the boxes as it prepares the facility for the next vacationers. The owner may want to address sooner than later. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay, but when it comes to value, we felt that for the price, we were left disappointed.

Plenty of space for a family of 9. The owners were great to work with and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There was construction going on which was a little noisy, but that can’t be helped. Overall a great place to stay!

Wonderful lakeside vacation!

This house is much bigger on the inside than it appears from the outside. Great for gatherings on rainy days, amazing for spending time in the lake on sunny days. We loved going on the paddle boat and kayaks during the day and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit at night. Great proximity to Hammondsport and fun wineries/breweries.

A taste of heaven

It was so wonderful to spend a week on Keyuka Lake. There was so much to do. Jamie's place is right across from a nice restaurant, and just miles from the quaint town of Hammondsport. The house accommodated 10 of us without ever feeling crowded. Jamie went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. It was very close to Jake's Boat rentals which also is a convenience store. We enjoyed a day on a pontoon, kayaking and the kids loved swimming off the dock. Wineries are abundant as are breweries and distilleries. We even found the Spooted Duck just above Penn Yan. The offer flights of the most amazing frozen custard. We highly recommend the chocolate jalapeño! This place has it all!

Father's Day Weekend

We had a great time getting away with our three girls for a Father's Day Weekend. Communication was excellent and we were very comfortable. We were at first nervous about being across the road, but it turned out to be no problem at all. Not a busy road and the bonus was being able to walk to the restaurant across the street. Lovely home and great location

This was our first visit to the Keuka Lake area and we loved it. House was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for the ten of us which included 8 adults and 2 kids. Jamie the owner was quick to respond to questions and easily accessible via text. Location was great with nice views and plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Perfect girls get away.

We have 8 girls stay at Jamie's property for a wine-get away. The house fit all 8 of us comfortably. Location of house was perfect, in close proximity to several wineries and restaurants. Lake access was fantastic. Jamie was an amazing, accomodating host. She allowed us to check in early and gave recommendations on where to visit. Thank you for a great weekend!
