Welcome to our elegant 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Guildford town centre, complete with views of Guildford Castle.

Entrance & Exterior
You'll enter through a charming black wrought iron gate beneath a white archway, leading to a peaceful cobbled courtyard. Though tucked away, you're right in the heart of the action — cafĂ©s, shops, and historic sites are all just around the corner.

Free Dedicated parking pace is a 2min walk away from the house.

Primary Bedroom (Master Suite)
Located on the first floor with dual sash windows allowing plenty of natural light and picturesque castle views. Decorated in soothing slate blue with matching Roman blinds and classic white cornicing. Features a king-size bed with a natural wood frame and coordinated blue accent cushions and throws. Flanked by wall-mounted reading lights and stylish framed art above the bed.

Second Bedroom (First Floor)
Decorated in a light pastel blue, making the space feel bright and open. Features a double bed with crisp white linen and pale blue plaid blanket and cushions. Includes bedside tables with matching lamps and a large freestanding triple wardrobe for ample storage. Positioned next to a large sash window for natural daylight and ventilation.

Third Bedroom (Top Floor Loft)
Set under charming sloped ceilings with dual aspect windows overlooking Guildford’s rooftops and castle views. Features a large king-size bed that can be made into two singles (on request). With pale blue and white bedding, plus plush pillows for a relaxed, airy feel. Flanked by two wooden bedside tables and soft blue lamps. A clothes hanging rail. Solid oak chest of drawers completes. There are extra blankets in cupboard

Main Family Bathroom (First Floor)
A beautiful spa-like space with a freestanding roll-top bathtub set against textured stone-effect tiling. Includes vanity unit with drawers and integrated sink topped with a huge mirror. Toiletries and hand soap for your convenience. Dual windows with countryside views make for the perfect relaxation setting. Finished with natural wooden floors, heated towel rail, and folding tray table. There is also a good size shower for use.

En-Suite Bathroom (First Floor)
Connected to the master bedroom.
Features a glass-enclosed shower, sink, and modern fixtures. Tastefully tiled and compact without compromising function or style. Ideal for guests or as a private retreat for the main suite.

Downstairs WC (Lower Floor)
Conveniently located on the lower ground floor near the entrance. Contains a toilet, washbasin, and tasteful neutral décor. The washer / dryer is also located in this room for convenience.

A cosy lounge/living area with a green herringbone large, two-seater sofa, enhanced by deep blue velvet scatter cushions. Complemented by framed black-and-white artwork and classic wall lighting.
