Just 1 hour from NYC, our beautifully decorated, spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental is perfect for a family or friend getaway, offering a comfortable stay amidst natural surroundings (It's SO quiet at the house!).

LOCATION:
Situated in the middle of the lake, we're just a few minutes from West Milford, Greenwood Lake Village, and 15 minutes to downtown Warwick where you'll find the BEST wineries, cideries, breweries, restaurants, and local boutiques (Amongst many incredible seasonal activities!).

We’ve got everything you need for an adventure and fun-filled getaway, or a relaxing oasis in nature.

With an abundance of natural light, a wall of windows, and a very quiet street and neighborhood, you'll be able to soak in the lake views, and peaceful surroundings from everywhere in the house - rain or shine. We're steps from the beach and lake (right at the end of our driveway!), and less than a minute from an abundance of hiking trails.

GUEST ACCESS
Inside you will have full access to 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the kitchen, dining, and living area of the home. Outdoors you will have full access to the deck, yard, and driveway during your stay.

You will not have access to the shed off the driveway or the laundry which is located in the basement storage area. However, should you absolutely require laundry during your stay, please reach out to us and we'll try our best to accommodate!

Other things to note
The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. So, you and your guests have the option of sharing a bed on the bottom or splitting one person sleeping on the top bunk & one on the bottom.
