Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor amenities. Enjoy the pool, patio, fire pit, and multiple cozy hangout spaces during your stay. Whether you're working remotely, relaxing by the water, or exploring the Finger Lakes, Lakeview on Main is all yours to enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

Set on a busy stretch of historic Main Street, this neighborhood blends vibrant small-town energy with timeless charm. You’re just a short walk from downtown Geneva’s best restaurants, shops, cafes, and the Hobart & William Smith campus. While the street can be active during the day, evenings tend to be quieter—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere of this community, especially during nighttime hours.



Getting Around:

While you can walk to downtown Geneva, local restaurants, shops, and Hobart & William Smith Colleges, a car is highly recommended for exploring the wider Finger Lakes region. Private taxis, car services, and guided wine tours are also available for added convenience—especially if you plan to visit multiple wineries or hike in the surrounding area.

➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement prior to check-in.

➡️ Outdoor Security Cameras – For your safety, cameras are located at the front and rear entrances only.

➡️ Seasonal Amenities – Some features may vary depending on weather or time of year.

➡️ Busy Street – The home is located on a well-traveled section of Main Street. Expect some daytime activity and street noise.

➡️ Quiet Hours – Neighbors live here year-round. The town enforces quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of the community.

➡️ No Smoking Indoors or in the Pool Area – Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the house or in the pool.

➡️ Parking – Driveway parking is preferred and fits 3–4 vehicles. Additional street parking is available.

➡️ The pool and fire pits are for guest use at their own risk.
