The bright 2-room flat on the mezzanine floor with all windows facing south and a garden seating area with lawn that enjoys sun all day long offers a dream view over the Surselva and the Vals Valley. In front of you is the mountain village of Falera with its fantastic winter offer. 28 modern lifts, 4 snow parks and 235 kilometres of internationally award-winning pistes in one of the snowiest ski areas in Switzerland are at your disposal. You can reach the valley station in just a few minutes (400m) without any incline and the piste is almost in front of the house when you get home. Many great cross-country ski trails can be reached with the free shuttle bus and snowshoeing with groomed trails from Falera is a hit.
The beds in this 4**** star flat, awarded by the Swiss Tourism Association, are freshly made for you. Towelling, bathroom and kitchen linen, final cleaning and visitor's tax are included in the price.
Enjoy the colour TV and the HIFI system with DVD player from the modern sofa with chaise longue. Of course, you also have access to WLAN Internet, which can be switched off, and a telephone. Board games, lots of books and the cosy open fire (free wood) in the living and dining room invite you to "dolce far niente". The dining area with table, corner bench and 3 tables in rustic Grisons style round off the whole thing. On sunny days you can loll in the deckchairs (table and garden chairs are also available) and enjoy the heavenly peace and quiet and the dream view.
In the bedroom there is a 1.80 metre wide double bed with a head and foot, lumbar and back support adjustable slatted frame. The healthy mattress and the two 160x200cm down duvets invite you to enjoy a relaxing sleep.
You will find plenty of space for showering, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer in the modern bathroom. A light-coloured natural cork floor and carpets provide cosy warmth everywhere.
The new granite kitchen with serving hatch, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and generous furnishings leave nothing to be desired. A filter coffee machine, as well as a Nespresso machine (bring your own capsules), fondue and raclette dishes, toaster, hand mixer, everything is there.
Your own lockable garage and an additional covered parking space for your car are a luxury in Falera.
A communal washing machine, drying room and tumble dryer and a heated ski boot room are also available.
