The apartment is ideally located for nature lovers directly in the hiking and skiing area on the StockhĂŒtte, 1'300 meters above sea level. Perfect for a family with up to three children or three adults, this oasis of tranquility offers everything for an unforgettable stay, just 200 meters, 5 minutes on foot from the mountain station.

Apartment:
You will find a comfortably furnished apartment with a large bedroom, equipped with a double bed and three additional sleeping places next to each other in a semi-loft bed and a new, modern bathroom with toilet / shower. In the living and dining area it has a cozy corner bench and a small functional kitchen. This includes a sunny, covered outdoor seating area with a table, 4 chairs and a charcoal grill. The panoramic view of the mountains is breathtaking, and the ringing of cowbells in summer emphasizes the idyllic tranquility of this almost car-free area.

The surrounding area offers something for everyone. In summer, family-friendly hiking trails with several barbecue areas, large playgrounds with a trampoline and a treetop walk at the mountain station and Lake Lucerne attract outdoor activities

Winter:
The family-friendly ski area Klewenalp/StockhĂŒtte invites you to ski and tobogganing fun with 40 km of top-groomed slopes, 16 facilities including two conveyor belts. Two ski passes during the rental period for adults CHF 190.--/week on request, subject to availability. NEW: In WINTER 25/26, children up to the age of 9.99 travel free of charge on all facilities.

Arrival information:
Arrival is by gondola lift (summer: from 9 am, ski operation 8:30 to 17:30). The area is almost car-free. In summer, two transferable mountain railway tickets for unlimited trips are included during the stay. Children up to the age of 9.99 travel for free all year round! Children up to the age of 15.99 travel free of charge in summer with a valid SBB junior ticket. Parking is available in the underground car park or at the Emmetten valley station, for a fee. Luggage can be unloaded at the ramp at the gondola lift valley station. For summer users there is a car arrival and departure permit (subject to a fee, as of 2025), this can be applied for 3-4 working days in advance and is only valid in summer. The access is via a narrow tar forest road. The permit is valid only on the day of arrival and departure. Options: you can drive to the house, unload the luggage and leave the car at the house for free for the rest of the stay, or you can park at the valley station for a fee, drive back to the house at the end of the stay, load luggage and continue your trip. In winter, the Schneetöff brings the luggage to the house on request and for a fee. In addition to the Beckenried Emmetten cable car, there is the Waldibahn, 24/7 in self-service, payment by Twint or credit card or chip.

General information: Pets can be cleaned by arrangement, everything is available, shopping facilities with a good assortment are available at the Volg in Emmetten near Talstion (Mon-Sat 6:30 to 19:00, Sun 8:00 to 18:00). Emmetten about 25 km from Lucerne, is located on the cantonal road BeckenriedâSeelisberg, elevated above the southern shore of Lake Lucerne. It can be reached by car from the Emmetten motorway exit (A2) in about 5 minutes.
