The property who was chosen because there were four of us attending the Ryder Cup and there were four rooms in this home. The home is an older home and therefore doors don’t shut and creak. The driveway is small and with all the cars on the street it is difficult to park. When everyone arrived, we realize that three of the beds were missing sheets and covers. I contacted the host who was willing to bring additional ones out, but I actually found some in the closet and may do you would think this would’ve been checked out before time. We had no hand towels or wash towels during our visit, only bath towels. There was also someone staying in the basement during our visit, which we thought strange as we were told we had rented the entire house. The upstairs bathroom had a commode valve that leaked and ran most of the time which included a whistling noise that was very annoying. to top it off there was a little mouse in the kitchen who actually ate some of our snacks Not a big issue for four men, but would’ve been an issue if wives were with us. On the positive side there was plenty of room for us with the kitchen upstairs and downstairs as well as a lounge area in both the neighborhood seem very safe and friendly with very good restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive to needs with great communication. Overall, and OK place but nothing special.

House was exactly what we needed. Six adults fit perfectly fine here. No issues with space at all. The owner was very responsive and got back to us very fast when i had a question. There were no TVs in the bedrooms. Overall great place!

Family Gathering

Phil (host) was very quick to respond to my questions. The two levels worked great for our family gathering. 2 of the rooms depended on fans to cool down (not crazy about that, but we made it work). The rest of the house had AC units which worked great!

I do NOT recommend this property

Unless there have been drastic improvements to this property since we stayed there for 3 nights the end of October 2024, I cannot recommend that any paying guest stay there. I booked the house in mid-August, before the Sept 2024 2/10 review was posted. If I had seen that review before our trip I definitely would have canceled. I'm also rating the property 2/10 because it was overall a very disappointing experience for our short stay. The only positive feedback I can give is that the house sits on a nice street and is close to the concert venue, but otherwise it needs serious attention both inside and outside.Property management was responsive to my questions before our arrival, but after I reported the condition of the property to the manager, I haven't heard from them again.:-(

Disappointing!!

We did not stay at this place. When we arrived, there (about 11:30 at night) the place was all dark and there was a message from the utility l was electric and gas, but the place was a mess! Down the staircase, there was a room with lots of trash and stuff laying around. Around the back, there was an eerie, dark driveway with what appeared to be a junkyard. Up a stairway was a very dark wooden porch with a sliding glass door leading into another strangely decorated room. There was another room there with a dirty bathroom (mold, mildew, etc). We had seen enough. We left and I sent a notice to the host saying we would not stay in such a place. We found a Holiday Inn in Westbury that had 2 rooms available for the night.

Good service very spacious

Good service very thoughtful host. Two spacious living areas, felt like two apartments. Host is very responsive and helpful. Left us snacks. Great neighborhood. Close to lots of thing very drive able. Thanks for the hospitable stay!
