Welcome to the Summit. We know that traveling with friends and family is a great way to make lasting memories together. However, it has been our experience that finding accommodations for larger groups can be a bit challenging. With that in mind, the Summit was curated to give each and every guest privacy and comfort without compromise. We have meticulously thought over each space and aspect within this home to ensure that both necessity and indulgence are balanced for your perfect stay. The Summit boasts many sought after high end amenities such as a hot tub and dry sauna for those that like to relax and unwind in a peaceful and serene setting. The climate controlled garage bar is the perfect atmosphere for experiencing sporting events, challenging one another to bar games such as darts and giant Jenga or competing for the top score on our arcade game. For those of you that like to curl up with a cozy warm blanket and a bowl of popcorn, our theater with its pull out couch is the perfect place. Equipped with an 85 inch TV and surround sound and coupled with a media library with over 1500 titles, there's a genre for everyone.
On each of the three levels of the Summit you will find a king suite offering privacy and luxury. Each suite has a pillow top mattress, plush pillows and premium linens. Decorated in their own color palette, each room has floating nightstands, reading sconces and a 65 inch TV. The ensuites offer their own exquisite tile showers and sliding glass doors with a rainfall head and hand shower to accompany the main shower head. These bathrooms are complete with complimentary toiletries, lush bath towels and makeup mirrors. The queen bedroom offers the same premium bedding along with a 55 inch TV and a spacious closet. The den bunk room offers two queen beds below a custom built bunk area with two twin beds sleeping 6 comfortably. A ship's ladder within this space leads to a hidden kids woodland themed play loft. Adorned with a pretend play campfire set, log pillows and sâmore essentials, magna-tiles, books and a modular couch for creative fort building that fosters imaginative play. All this space makes for the ultimate sleepover for children. An overlook area on the third level has a sectional couch for seating around an interactive game table filled with classic board games for family game night or is the perfect nook to read a book.
Everyone knows that a place to gather, to share a meal, or have drinks and tell stories is the heart of any home, and the Summit has just that. Our open concept second level has a deep seated sectional that invites you to sit by the gas fireplace with friends or gather around the kitchen island to prepare and cook a gourmet meal. You can also come together and sit at our expansive dining table that seats 12. For those who enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning, we have you covered! Our coffee bar is stocked with Starbucks and Dunkin Donut coffee k cups, flavored syrups to enhance your morning cup of Joe and assorted teas. The french doors lead out onto the deck which is the perfect spot to sip on your coffee or tea overlooking the serene hills of the town and at night, you can start up the fire table and roast s'mores under the stars.
