The Neighborhood:
Our premium caravan sits within the popular Haven Seton Sands Holiday Village, right on the east coast of Scotland with broad views over the Firth of Forth. This area combines seaside charm with a relaxed village atmosphere. The holiday village is just off Links Road in Port Seton / Longniddry, surrounded by sandy beaches, rolling countryside, and a mix of small local shops, pubs, and cafes nearby.
Across the road from the park youâll find a coastal beach area where people enjoy walks, rock pools, and sunsets. The scenic John Muir Way coastal trail runs close by, perfect for hiking or cycling along the coast.
The wider neighbourhood includes the small seaside towns Port Seton and Cockenzie, which have local conveniences like grocery stores, eateries, historic sites, and a working harbour all within a few minutes drive or a short local bus ride
Getting Around:
đ Train
The closest mainline station is Longniddry Train Station, about 2â3 miles away. Trains from here run between Edinburgh Waverley and North Berwick, making it easy to reach Edinburgh city centre in under 30 minutes.
đ Bus
The local bus service (for example routes 26, N26, X26) stops near the holiday village along Links Road / Road End / Seton Dean Lodge. This connects with nearby towns like Musselburgh, Prestonpans, and Edinburgh.
Buses in the area are fairly regular and useful for short hops into the surrounding villages or for journeys into the city without needing a car.
đ¶ââïž On Foot or Bike
The immediate area around 114 Aberlady and the holiday village is easy to explore on foot or by bicycle. Paths lead to the beach, caravan amenities, and through the village. The seaside trail also appeals to walkers and cyclists.
đŁïž By Car
Driving gives you the most flexibility:
The village is roughly 30 minutes by car from Edinburgh, thanks to nearby A1 and A198 roads.
Thereâs free parking available within the holiday park for lodges and holiday homes.
An electric vehicle charging point is available close to reception areas.

To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and luxury experience, please take note of the following:
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for ÂŁ20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).
No Smoking Policy
All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a ÂŁ500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.
Respect the Space â No Parties
Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.
Any breach will incur a ÂŁ250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.
Towels & Linen Care
We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.
Damaged or stained towels will be charged at ÂŁ30 per item.
Travel Cot
A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the space fresh, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.
Interaction with Guests:
Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app.
