The Royal Mile, accessed in a matter of moments through the archway of the Tolbooth, offers an enticing array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes as well as of a plethora of fascinating buildings of great architectural significance. From the Royal Mile you are within easy reach of a wealth of attractions, including Holyrood Palace, Dynamic Earth, and the Scottish Parliament building, but also St Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh Castle, Mary King’s Close and the Camera Obscura.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the building. The front door of the property opens into a large welcoming hallway from which the spacious living room, with a view up towards the Burns Monument, is accessed.
