The Space:
Welcome to this spacious 3 Bedroom coastal lodge, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests. Designed with families and groups in mind, the caravan offers a spacious layout with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting in summer or winter.

Guests can choose to purchase an optional Play Pass (additional fee), which provides access to a wide range of on-site activities for all ages. A purchase link and access code will be shared once your booking is confirmed.
Activities include bike hikes, climbing wall, junior segways, slime creation, bug hunts, den building, aqua inflatables, archery coaching, football, golf, aqua jets, bungee trampoline, ranger tots, and much more.

Enjoy access to the on-site swimming pool, with the following opening times:
Monday & Friday: 10:00â12:00 (Owner Swim 09:00â10:00)
TuesdayâThursday: 10:00â16:00 (Owner Swim 09:00â10:00)
Saturday & Sunday: 09:00â17:00 (Owner Swim 08:00â09:00)
Activities can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance, with swimming bookings available 4 weeks ahead. During school holidays and peak periods, early booking is strongly recommended.
Minimum Stay
3 nights: FridayâMonday
4 nights: MondayâFriday
7 nights: SaturdayâSaturday
Guests staying 1â2 nights may still purchase the minimum 3-night Play Pass.

Getting here and away
With our location at Seton Sands Holiday Park (Links Road, Port Seton, EH32 0QF) families will find both car and public transport access super easy.
If youâre driving, simply take the A1 â A198 (Bankton Junction) â B6371 â B1348 and weâre just 1 mile along on the right. If you prefer public transport, the bus stopâs just outside the park (e.g., route 26 to Edinburgh city centre) and Longniddry train station is only a short walk away, ideal if youâre coming without a car.
Whether you drive or take the train/bus, youâll be relaxing with the kids on the beach or poolside in no time!

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for ÂŁ20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).
No Smoking Policy
All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a ÂŁ500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.
Respect the Space â No Parties
Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the property is not permitted.
Any breach will incur a ÂŁ250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.
Towels & Linen Care
We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Damaged or stained towels will be charged at ÂŁ30 per item.
