The home includes a large living room with a television and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for eight. Guests can enjoy a private garden between eight in the morning and seven in the evening. Linens, towels, and high speed internet are provided for a comfortable stay.

● The property is on the ground floor, and there is no lift available.

● There are 5 steps to the property.

● There are 3 flights of stairs within the property.

∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.

∗Please note that the outside area is at your disposal from 8AM till 7PM.

∗Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance. An extra charge of £50 pet fee will be added.
