The cottage dates back to the 16th century and has stunning views over the countryside and over the banks of the River Tyne where there are walks to the local villages of East Linton and Haddington,which has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The property has a spacious open plan living/dining room with solid wooden floors and a wood burner, there is a very well-equipped kitchen with a good level of appliances. There is a kingsize bedroom and a twin bedroom, both served by a shower room with a double shower cubicle. Outside there is a private enclosed rear garden and a barbecue area. Beach 10 miles.
