Ruchweid by Interhome

The Ruchweid was created from a converted stable and is now a rustic, very simple holiday home. It is located in Ebnat-Kappel in Toggenburg, approx. 8 minutes by car from the village centre at 982 metres above sea level. You can easily drive right up to the front door by car, and the hut can be reached by train after a short hike of approx. 60 minutes. Running water (cold only) from own spring, 12 volt electricity from solar panel (emergency generator available), cooking and heating with wood. A holiday experience "pure nature". There is NO internet connection!

There are three bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x2 bunk beds, 5x single beds). All have fixed bed linen and 7 beds have complete bed linen. Pillows and woollen blankets are available in the dormitory in the attic (another 10 beds) - or you can sleep in a sleeping bag.

It is a self-cleaning house. The beds are always freshly made. Please simply remove the bed linen at the end of your stay and take it out of the wardrobes. This means that the next guests can sleep in fresh beds again.

In Ebnat-Kappel, after the railway crossing, cross the Thur and then head towards Berggasthof Nestel.

Navi:
Enter Brand-Nestenberg or Orlen (Ruchweid is at the hairpin bend).
Park before the bend in the road widening or on the dirt track in front of the Ruchweid.
(Please note that there is a second Ruchweid in Ebnat-Kappel!!!!)
