This property features a distinctive layout to maximize mountain views. The main living area is upstairs and other living and bedrooms areas are downstairs. The downstairs area is easily accessible with single steps.
INDOOR FIREPLACE NOTICE:
For safety, the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
SECURITY AWARENESS:
4 exterior cameras are installed facing outward for guest and property safety. There are NO interior cameras, and cameras do not actively record sound during guest stays.
PET POLICY:
Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome at the property. We ask that guests ensure their pets are properly supervised and that their behavior remains respectful of the home and grounds.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets during their stay. Any necessary repairs, cleaning, or replacement of damaged items may result in an additional fee.
