Cedar Grove Cottage is a quaint farmhouse located along the Seneca Lake wine trail. If you're looking for a quiet place for a weekend stay, with easy access to the wineries, this sweet little home will be a wonderful place to kick back while exploring the Finger Lakes



Cedar Grove is a garden lovers paradise....the outdoor flowers and gardens are stunning in the spring/summer and the inside decor is themed to be a garden paradise inside as well.



This home has been completely renovated from the old farmhouse it used to be, keeping some of the original trim details. You'll enter the home through the entry room with its cozy little coffee corner and walk into the open Kitchen. The Dining room is in the front of the house and open to the Kitchen and Living room with large doorways between. The Living room has comfy seating and large picture windows. This home is intentionally set up without the distraction of a TV in the home, we want you to soak in nature and disconnect from the noise of the modern world.



The primary bedroom is tucked behind the Living room and is quite spacious with a King size bed. The main floor full bath is around the corner and has a tub/shower.



Upstairs you'll find two cozy bedrooms...both with Queen beds...and an additional full bath with a shower.



The outdoor living spaces are so inviting with a pathway from the house into the backyard and the firepit area. You can relax around the fire in an Adirondack chair or picnic under the trees at the picnic table. A hammock has been strung in the trees further into the yard and you'll instantly feel stress release as you lay back and hear the breeze whisper in the trees or listen to the songbirds. The back yard area has lights strung through the trees making it a magical spot after dark.



Tucked in behind the house, in a pergola of its own with string lights and privacy curtains surrounding it, is a hot tub for 4 persons....the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

*The garage and shed spaces are not available to guests



*Air conditioning is provided via window units (upstairs) and central air (on the main floor)
*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.

**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.
**No parties allowed at any time.

**No pets or animals allowed at any time. Guests found to be in violation of our pet policy will be asked to remove the pet or leave the premises

**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No Exceptions. Only 6 guests allowed at any time, additional guests will be asked to leave
**Parking for 3 vehicles.
