Ideal for skiing days on Mont Blanc, hikes in Val Ferret, or relaxing at the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths. The perfect starting point to enjoy the mountains all year round!

🏡 The house is cozy and perfect for spending time together!
It features a large living room with a big table for dining together, warmed by the pellet stove 🔥. The kitchen is fully equipped.
On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: one double and one with bunk beds, plus a bathroom with bathtub 🛁.
Upstairs, there’s another room with bunk beds and a small service bathroom 🚿.
A private outdoor parking space is available 🚗.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without restrictions.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.
