Bright and modern apartment in central Copenhagen with a fantastic harbor view
The apartment is perfectly located in one of Copenhagen's most attractive areas, Islands Brygge. The central location in Copenhagen makes it possible to enjoy the harbor life, city life and Copenhagen's many tourist attractions very close by. If you are on a beach holiday, you can take a dip in the harbor bath just 100 meters from the apartment and if you are in to shopping, the pier, right outside the door, takes you directly to the Fisketorvet Shopping Center. If city life is what you are after, you can easily reach the city area Vesterbro and central districts (Tivoli, Copenhagen Town Hall Square (RĂ„dhuspladsen) and shopping street (StrĂžget) via the pier.
The harbor bus docks right below the apartment and takes you quickly and cheaply to Nordre Toldbod (Amalienborg and the Little Mermaid), the Opera House (Christianshavn) and Nyhavn.
The incredible view over Copenhagen's harbor is the icing on the cake and ensures a comfortable holiday in fantastic surroundings.
The apartment was renovated in 2024 with new floors, kitchen, and two built-in wardrobes. The floor plan has a living room with kitchen and living room in one in addition to two good bedrooms, one room with a double bed and one room with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a washing column with a washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is located in a modern and well-maintained building that originally functioned as a grain silo. The original organic shapes have created a dynamic, exciting and different interior with round rooms. The two large windows in the living room provide an impressive amount of light and an incredibly beautiful view directly over the Port of Copenhagen.
The summer you will be able to spent either in the cozy shared garden or on the shared roof terrace from which there is a fantastic view of Copenhagen.
