Breezy Acres Farm Apartment 1 - (1 of 2 units) is a delightful, pristine apartment in an immaculate private country setting on a hill above Fly Creek. It is a short scenic drive to The Village Cooperstown. These apartments are in immaculate condition. Both apartments are on the second floor and each has a private entrance on opposite sides of the building.

Breezy Acres Farm Apartments features a large yard and a peaceful view. Enjoy the fire pit for family campfires. The stylish décor is very welcoming with contemporary colors. The hosts provide all of the comforts of home for you, including a complimentary 1/2 dozen eggs, produced by their own chickens. Breezy Acres is a "seasonal working farm" with various farm animals on and around the property. All farm animals located in a separate red barn on the property.

The first floor of the building is devoted to a shared game room, complete with Foosball table and Wii video gaming system. The basketball hoop is waiting for your practice shots. The shared laundry room is also on the first floor.

Great Place to stay in Cooperstown

Breezy Acres 1 was extremely clean and quiet. It is close to the Baseball Hall of Fame and other activities in the Cooperstown area. We will stay here again if back in the area.

Great location and beautiful surroundings

Great place to stay when at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Was very easy to get to baseball field and downtown Cooperstown. Had everything we needed while we were visiting. Loved the fresh eggs and the owner even gave us some more. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Perfect place to stay during our Cooperstown adventure. Mike and LeeAnn were amazing hosts. They showed the kids their farm and even provided fishing equipment so we could fish in their pond. I will stay here again if my younger son comes to Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Cooperstown Tournament stay

This place was great to stay for Cooperstown, it is only a 10 minute drive. Saw lots of wildlife. Owner is great and took my daughter and her friend around to show them the pigs, chickens and turkeys. My kids also loved fishing in the pond that is stocked with fish. I would absolutely stay again.

Great quiet little place to stay while my guy played at Cooperstown dream park

I have stayed at this spot twice while my son played at Cooperstown and really enjoy it. It is a clean and fresh apartment. I appreciate the game room and fishing spot for my kids. I love how quiet it is and the nature to enjoy surrounding the apartment. I highly recommend!

Place was as depicted. Host was very kind taking us on a tour of his farm . The pond was so inviting and allows for fishing. He kindly shared fishing supplies so my son and his grampa could fish together . Info binder was spot on for best places to go. Next trip to Cooperstown we hope to play more ping pong!!! Thank you for a great stay..

Wonderful!

The Burns are amazing hosts! They treat you like you are living in their own home! It is very child friendly and was perfect for our family of 4. This was our 2nd year staying here with both boys having the opportunity to play at Dreams Park. It is about 12 easy minutes to the fields. Comfortable and clean! Highly recommend! Don’t forget to leave your team pin in the playroom!
