Also, off the main great-room are the homeâs 3 bedrooms, including an exceptional Master with a regal King bed and leather furniture. The second bedroom features a comfortable and functional double, and the third bedroom offers (four!) bunk beds perfect for the little desperados
in the group. The linens are of quality, professionally cleaned and laundered with each stay, and thereâs a sense of quality and care here worthy of your 5-star review. The homeâs single bathroom is welcoming, clean, modern and ready for business. Thereâs also a full laundry for guest use.
The interior spaces are special, the outdoor spaces here are glorious! Enjoy an evening under the Colorado sky and a morning in the sun with your best cup of coffee, or quality time spent at the grill with your family or friends. There are chickens roaming about snatching bugs, horses eating grass and everywhere the sounds of real, living nature inviting you to be a part.

Getting Around: We recommend that you have a four wheel drive or all wheel drive car to access the property in the winter and muddy times of the year.
