The upper house is located immediately next door and includes 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, offering a secluded retreat and separated living quarters for large family gatherings. Both dwelling have large decks overlooking the beautiful Oneida Lake!

Parking: You are welcome to park your 25-foot boat and trailer at the property.
