Our private country home nestled in the majestic mountains offers a truly unique experience sure to make fond memories. Only a 11-minute drive from Ellicottville (Ski Country), and along the Amish trail. Unique as we invite guest, if so inclined, to engage with the animals on the ranch. Take a hike along marked trails of over 100 acres in our beautiful forest, sit beside our secluded pond and throw in a line for Large Mouth Bass, or tour the Amish trail where many shops offer homemade goods.

The house was perfect for our group of 9! Plenty of beds, cozy living room with lots of seating, big kitchen table for everyone, and plenty of games to play. Terrific hosts, very well stocked home. Easy 15 min drive to downtown and just 20 min to Holiday Valley, would definitely stay again!

The owner hosts have created an “atmosphere” to share with house guests who stay in a large, comfortable and cozy house. Along your drive here, the beautiful countryside is dotted with fishing sites, Amish Farms and shops and an even an Alpaca farm. You can easily interact with many of the animals on the property. The Bake Shop next door offers fresh eggs , small gifts, and , of course, delicious baked goods. Relax here or explore the area.
After you enter through the covered wrap around porch, you could smell the baked goods!
There is another recliner couch to the left in the comfortable living room.

We chose Early Bird Ranch for its proximity to where our large family reunion was held. What a delightful surprise! Dave greeted us warmly and was a magnificent host, letting us know of all the things in the area. We loved getting fresh pastries and eggs for breakfast at the farm store that the family runs. If this is available the next time we have this reunion, we will absolutely stay here again annd book more days outside the reunion days. Truly a little slice of heaven!

Amazing Stay

We had a group of 12 staying at the house ranging from 10yrs -80urs. We were skiing at Holiday Valley and Holimont. It’s only 20 min max to the hill. There is a big entrance to the house and then a huge kitchen that is equipped with almost everything you can imagine
 than your average place. Dave was very quick with any question we had and looked after us very well. Linens and towels were very nice. Each bedroom is decorated a little different and very cute. I would stay again and absolutely recommend.

A Great Place for a Family Stay!

The house was immaculate, nicely decorated, comfortable, and roomy. Owners David and Kathy were friendly, available if we needed something, and helpful. In addition to multiple bedrooms, the house boasts a well-stocked kitchen - all the utensils you will need, provided k-cup coffee, cooking spices, etc, and seating around the table for 8. The wrap around front porch has many comfortable chairs and another table and chairs for outdoor eating. The owners also allow guests to visit their animals- goats, turkeys, chickens, rabbits and a horse, which was great fun for our four-year-old granddaughter. A few steps from the house, Kathy and David have a small store filled with Kathy's homemade baked goods. We bought cinnamon rolls, raspberry twist pastries, a cheese strudel, and cookies. All were outstanding! Again, we cannot stress enough how gracious and welcoming David and Kathy were during our stay!

Spacious Home and Wonderful Hosts

This is home is very welcoming and cozy. Kathleen and Dave are great to work with. They have adorable little farm animals that they invited is to come see. Our granddaughter enjoyed that. The house has everything you need for all ages. We will be back!!

Ski Trip w/ Friends

My friends and I had a great time skiing and snowboarding at holiday valley while staying at this awesome property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Dave was a great host and made sure everyone was happy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
