Welcome to our enchanting The Design Apartment in Caslano, overlooking the stunning Lake Lugano. Here, elegance meets natural beauty for an unforgettable experience. The villa offers breathtaking views, comfort, and sophistication. Located near the Italian border, you can explore two countries in one trip. Visit the Alprose Chocolate Museum and the local zoo, or rent a boat for a day on the water. Just 10 km from Lugano, it s the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.



At the end of the road, you will find free parking spaces located right next to the apartment. At the entrance of the property, there is a mailbox containing the self check in box, allowing for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the apartment are inside the self check in box, and you will receive all the necessary instructions at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need for your stay. Thanks to its strategic location and incredible views, this wonderful apartment promises you an unforgettable holiday.

Bed linen and towels are provided at the property. They are charged based on the actual number of guests staying, at a rate of CHF 12 per guest. This method is advantageous for guests, as they only pay for the linen according to the number of occupants, rather than for all available beds if they are not used. We offer professional Swiss quality linen, carefully washed and sanitized at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety during your stay, in accordance with Swiss standards. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional charge, including bed linen and a duvet. The extra cost is 50 CHF per stay. The tourist tax will be paid separately once the reservation has been confirmed.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a gesture of cooperation. Before check out, please sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in the outdoor areas.
