Come visit our historic home located in the center of Allentown. On street parking is available year round on a wide 1 way street. There are many bars/restaurants walking distance from the apartment and we have many local favorites we would love to share with you!

• 8 min drive to Downtown Buffalo
• 20 min drive to Niagara Falls
• 10 min/0.5 mile walk to Allentown
• 8 min/0.4 mile walk to D'Youville College

Perfect spot for a Bills Game weekend

Nice, clean and simple.

The space was nice and enough room for six people. Grocery store was a 10 minute walk away which was very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked. Space was clean.

Amazing Stay - Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time staying at Matt's place. It was clean, had great amenities, awesome backyard and patio for the kids and a convenient location. We'll be back!

It's clear the owners have put time and energy into this property to make it a home away from home. Matt was friendly, helpful and extremely prompt in his responses. He even accommodated an earlier check in time for our convenience. Would absolutely stay here again...this time for longer!

Location was great right near downtown place was clean and Matt was responsive with any questions I had this was a last minute booking thank you for accepting my stay.
