The living room has a 65" Smart TV, 300mbs fibre wifi and a bright seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. The property stands out for its large outdoor terrace with parasol, table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the outdoors, and a solarium area on the top floor with sun loungers, designed for relaxing in the sun.

Located in Buenavista del Norte, the property is just a few minutes' drive from restaurants, supermarkets and all essential services. Its location is excellent for exploring the main attractions of the island: the Teno Rural Park, the Teide National Park, the Masca ravine or the impressive Los Gigantes Cliffs. Nature lovers can enjoy hiking routes in the Teno and Anaga massifs.
