"The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The duvets and bed sheets were dirty, not properly washed, and had yellow stains. In addition, the staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. I arrived late at night, around 1:00 a.m., and the receptionist told me that the $35 credit could be used the next day because the current day had already ended. However, I was later surprised to find that I had been charged for my consumption. On top of that, almost everything comes with an extra charge, including Wi-Fi and luggage storage. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, with dishonest and unhelpful staff."

"Hôtel Impeccable à la hauteur de mes attentes, malgré les avis négatifs sur l’hôtel Empire je vous recommande d’y aller et de vous faire votre propre avis. Sans hésiter je recommande à 100% en tout points le personnel à l’arrivée très accueillant, la chambre superbe, spacieuse et fonctionnelle Personnels de ménage très agréable et méticuleux, après leurs passages la chambre rayonne et sent super bon Au plaisir de revenir peut être a une prochaine occasion séjourner dans votre hôtel ! "
