The keys to access the property are stored in the self check in box, and you will be provided with all the necessary instructions at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts needed for your stay. Thanks to its strategic location and the incredible views, this wonderful apartment promises you an unforgettable holiday.

Bed linen and towels are provided at the property. They are charged based on the actual number of guests staying, at a rate of CHF 12 per guest. This method is advantageous for guests, as they only pay for the linen according to the number of occupants, rather than for all available beds if they are not used. We offer professional Swiss quality linen, carefully washed and sanitized at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety during your stay, in accordance with Swiss standards. A baby cot is available upon request for an additional charge, including bed linen and a duvet. The extra cost is 50 CHF per stay. The tourist tax will be paid separately once the reservation has been confirmed.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a gesture of cooperation. Before check out, please sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in the outdoor areas.

Train + Bus There is no direct train station in Brissago: the easiest way is to take a train to Locarno or Bellinzona and then continue by bus. From Locarno, you can take a bus to Brissago (about 20 25 minutes). Some local connections also allow taking bus line 8 to reach specific points in Brissago. Local Buses Brissago is served by several bus lines (e.g., 316, 3, 8) with stops such as Piazza del Sole, Brissago, Brissago Nevedone, and Brissago Municipio. Buses are the main way to get around from the center or bus stops to various areas of the town and surroundings. Lake Maggiore Boats From Locarno (and sometimes from Ascona), panoramic boats and ferries depart that also dock at Brissago, perfect for a scenic arrival or a lake excursion. The navigation service can be seasonal or tied to tourist schedules, so it s best to check updated schedules during the season.
