The sauna is subject to a charge and can be booked privately by reservation. There is also an underground car park in the same building, where parking space no. 31 belongs to the flat. Visitor car parking spaces are available.
A bread roll service can be ordered from the caretaker in the main building. A large selection of children's toys are available for free use and a table tennis table invites you to linger.
