There were six of us in our group for a father-son golf at nearby Conklin and Endwell golf courses. The host was terrific with her communications and the house was perfect for our needs.

Perfect location for Binghamton University! Big bedrooms, big kitchen.
We enjoyed our stay


You’ll love the well-equipped kitchen and the inviting dining area, perfect for relaxation and gathering. The property also boasts a well-appointed bathroom and a charming large sun room where you can unwind at your leisure.

Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi throughout the home. Within a quick 5-10 minute drive, you’ll find a variety of fantastic restaurants and taverns, including Town Diner, Craft, Dos Rios, Tully`s, and the Pour House, all favorites of mine.

For leisurely activities, a beautiful golf course is just 10 minutes away, and the exciting Tioga Downs Casino is only a short 25-minute drive. You`ll also have easy access to vibrant neighboring towns such as Owego, Binghamton, Endicott, and Vestal, making this central location a perfect hub. Plus, Syracuse is just about a 60-minute drive. This home is conveniently located only one turn away from Route 17 access.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you’re welcome to step outside if needed.

To keep things cozy and secure, only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight or visit.

** Supplies**
We’ll set you up with toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. If you need more during your stay, just restock as needed.

**Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy**
We truly appreciate your mindfulness of our wonderful neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a $150 fee.

For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Please keep the space neat and tidy and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.

** Check-Out**
Check-out is at 10 am. Before you head out, please leave the unit tidy:
