Nink is the best possible host. She is friendly, uber- responsive, and smart.Location was great for my purposes, with the BTS, and avgreat night market nearby.I was using one bedroom to sleep and another for work. The air conditioning worked well everywhere except the bedroom I was sleeping in. Nink had repair people out twice, and while it was never repaired, I went ahead and gave five stars because I also rent properties and sometimes, stuff happens. She could not have been better about it. In the 3nd, and with 2 oit of 3 a/c units working, i kept the bedroom door open, and it worked out. The arrival instructions were the clearest I have ever seen than I have rented units all over the world.There is a major construction project happening next door and that is typical for Bangkok so I cannot criticize her for that.I would stay again and just make sure you know where this is in the giant city of Bangkok. For me, it was a great location
