Front office Reception staff rude and unhelpful.housekeeping standards poor. Porters and security fabulous. Abysmal lift service nearly cost me a days work .spent at least an hour each day waiting for it .

One of the best hotels in town, staff are very professional, and the hotel is always kept clean on all levels. it safe and it secure well done team

Sijainti on loistava. Lyhyt matka ostoksille ja ruokapaikkoja on paljon lähellä. Hotelli alkaa olla hiukan rapistunut yleisilmeeltään, mutta kaikki toimii. Huoneet ovat todella tilavat. Ei mitään loisteliasta, mutta menettelee.

The hotel was centrally located and close to the malls. Concierge service was not that great, when we arrived no one helped with our luggage or even acknowledge our arrival, we walked to the reception desk ourselves.

However, I am sorry to hear about the uncomfortable experience with Concierge service. Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstücksbuffet was heŕvorragend. Das Zimmer grossräumig, mit einem Wasserkocher, Kaffe und Tee stand zu verfügung. Einfach schön, ruhig und erholsam.
