Denman Cove on East Side - Owasco Lake

Summary:

This home is right on Owasco Lake. This is a newly constructed home as of May 2013. It is perfect for large family/friend gatherings or offers a wonderful couples retreat as well. Specatular views of the lake and 50 feet of waterfront for your enjoyment. This home is located perfectly for your convenience. Since it's conveniently located in the lake's eastern side, you can easily get to the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse or Emerson Park, as well as quickly drive to Skaneateles, Auburn or any of the area's wineries.



Inside the home there is a large eat in kitchen with granite counter tops and all of the amenities. On the main level there is a family room and dining areas. The lake views from the main level are absolutely beautiful, you actually feel like you are right on the water. The second level offers a beautiful master bedroom that overlooks the lake. There are two other separate bedrooms as well.



Outside there is over 50 feet of beautiful lakefront, beautiful deck, and dock which is perfect for sunbathing or just relaxing. The sprawling deck is great for large family gatherings and cookouts. The lake views from the deck are absolutely breathtaking. There are life jackets, fishing poles, outdoor patio furniture and lounge chairs available for your use.



Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.



Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.



Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

Amazing Lake House

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a great location of the lake. House was extremely clean. We were 4 adults, 3 kids and had plenty of room to spread out. Owasco Lake is beautiful, lake and sunset views from the home are magnificent. Kayaks and paddle boards were a great amenity everyone enjoyed. Excellent vacation rental I can easily recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home on Owasco Lake. It is so tastefully decorated, warm and cozy. It had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishwear. We can’t wait to come back and stay in this beautiful house again.

Relaxing long weekend

We rented this property for a long weekend getaway. Despite the rainy weather we enjoyed ourselves. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. The view is amazing. We absolutely plan to come back.

Wonderful long weekend on Owasco Lake! House was immaculate and well maintained in addition to beautifully decorated. The kitchen, living area and bedrooms were very comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were convenient for 4 ladies. Outside area and views were so peaceful. Close to Mottville, Auburn and Skaneateles. Will return for sure!

The perfect house!

This is our second year staying on this property for a long weekend. Both years, we have really enjoyed all that this house has to offer. It is very clean, comfortable, and the lake is fantastic. It is hard to find a property where the lake is shallow enough for the kids to enjoy and also has kayaks, paddleboards, etc. that we don't have to rent. We love that Skeneateles is so close. The property manager's communication is phenomenal, and any questions we had were answered immediately. The only reason we can't stay again next year is that it's booked up - but we'll be back!

We had a great time at this property, everything was spotless clean, updated, and the kitchen was fully stocked, kayaks and much more in a very cool Little Texas style boathouse. Sunsets on the lake and firepit were amazing, 15 min drive to the charming Skaneateles. The neighborhood is not luxury, the houses are really really close to each other, but it is peaceful and quiet-this house is a gem!

Little Texas was Big time Great!

Little texas lake house was absolutely wonderful! The property was immaculate and so well kept. The view is AMAZING, the house has all the amenities you need to enjoy the water, the atmosphere was so calm and senere. Will definitely come back!

Couples Weekend Getaway

We had such a fabulous time at the Lakehouse in the dreariest month of February. We just loved that everyone had their own bed and bath, gathering in the living room to relax and chat, playing games at the dining room table and enjoying a beautiful afternoon in the lakefront "Little Texas Tavern" on site was the most fun afternoon of all. I highly recommend this lovely cottage for any time of year. The place was fantastic and met all our needs perfectly for staying home relaxing or going into town. The views were spectacular from the large lakefront windows or on the deck. An all around great time was had by all of us. Hope to return in the warmer months!

Beautiful Lake Owasco

We had an incredibly nice week here. The house is beautiful and it is located right on the lake with amazing views. Debbie- the property manager- gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Being cold outside now that it’s December, we had lots of fun sitting at the Boathouse right in front of the property on the water. We brought some wine and snacks to the cool bar area. The kitchen is great...I love to cook and there were plenty of utensils, bakeware, nice plates and glasses. Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean and nice. We did a day trip to the Wineries on Seneca Lake, explored the towns of Ithaca and Skaneateles, and hiked at Buttermilk Falls and Watkins Glen State Park. Owasco Lake is peaceful and very pretty. We enjoyed our stay here so very much!

Gorgeous Lake View

Nov. 13-18 (5 nights). Beautiful home with gorgeous view of the lake. Exactly as pictured. Open floor plan on first floor was very inviting. Beds were comfortable. It was the first time our family was together in over 9 months. We were greatful for the beauty of nature and the calm and relaxation of the home. There were strong winds two days, but the house was warm and not drafty. Hated to leave.

Great place, great view!

The property's views are fantastic and the house layout provides a great first floor with kitchen/dining/family room right into the deck with views of the lake and hills across the way. Less than 15 mins to Auburn & Skaneateles for plenty of food options. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend. Oh, and I cannot remember if the listing mentioned this, but there is a basketball hoop which was nice to be able to shoot around here and there.

Perfect house

We had a great stay at the Denman cove house. It is in a great location and has everything you could need. This is a really nice house ver well laid out and the outdoor areas are perfect. We loved the Finger Lakes, the area is so beautiful in mid October.
