Welcome to our freshly renovated and comfortably decorated 2 BR, 2.5 BA townhome, centrally located near Wellstar North Fulton Hospital, just minutes from Downtown Roswell, Downtown Alpharetta, Amerisbank Amphitheater & Avalon. You’ll find tons of fun activities and events nearby and are just a short walk away from beautiful Hembree Park!

Unwind and relax in front of a warm fire and enjoy your favorite streaming service on the 75" 4k QLED Smart TV in the main living room or read a good book in the sitting area overlooking the wooded backyard area.

If you’re looking for a place to unwind and get some fresh air, enjoy the spacious deck with sitting area just off the living room.

Kitchen
Be prepared for a spacious dining experience with a well-equipped kitchen loaded with new appliances including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and separate beverage fridge and wine bar. The open-concept kitchen includes a table with seating for 4 and additional seating for 2 at the floating shelf bar area.

Enjoy a full pot of coffee or a single pod in the Ninja Duo+ coffee maker. Many accessories including a toaster, toaster oven with air fryer & electric kettle are also available. If you need any other kitchen accessories, just send us a note and we will try to accommodate.

Laundry
Feel free to use the washer/ dryer all in one unit located in the kitchen behind the pocket doors. Laundry detergent is preloaded with All Free & Clear detergent. The detergent will dispense according to the load size and wash setting you choose. There is an iron and ironing board located in the primary bedroom walk-in closet for your use.

Upstairs:
There are two private bedrooms upstairs, each with their own full-size bathrooms. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and 55” QLED 4K Roku TV mounted on the wall. The master bathroom includes a walk-in closet with full length mirror and a large walk-in shower with rain head and sliding glass door. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, study area, walk-in closet and luxurious private bathroom with tub/shower and sliding glass door.

Parking
There is ample space for guests to park up to 4 cars behind the townhouse and parking on the street in front of the townhouse is also permitted.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home for the duration of the reservation. On day of check-in, guests will be provided with a code for the keypad on the front door. Initial guest access will be from the front door keypad.
