Spent several nights here. Very happy that the rate includes parking, but this location is so centrally located, you really don't need a car to get to dining and entertainment. Spacious and well-appointed, and very clean. Would stay again.

Property was found as shown in listing, however lack of cleanliness was extremely disappointing. Bathrooms had to be cleaned before use - and dirty shower liners were replaced by owners on Day 2. Decor theme throughout looks very nice but all of it needs to be cleaned. Dirty dishes were found in cabinets and wooden cooking utensils were in such bad shape that I wouldn't use to cook anyone's food.

This property by far was one of the most accurate and best stays that I have ever had on VRBO. The online images were 100% representative of the actual property. Not only was the property in tip top shape, the amenities provided by the owners (e.g. towels, linens. toiletries) were perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's in an excellent and safe location that's right in thriving Downtown Decatur. Instructions for checking in were clear and easy to follow. The apartment had everything we needed (coffee pods, laundry pods, shampoo, etc.) and it's really nicely decorated. It feels both cozy and posh. All of the furniture and amenities were in perfect shape - even things like the shower curtains were clean. And the beds are so comfortable! The Industrial Chic apartment definitely lives up to its 5-star rating.

The apartment is industrial chic design just as pictures show. Much detail was given to make one feel as though you are in a very luxurious hotel, with extra items in the bath and plenty of coffee in the kitchen! The apartment was spotless as well. You are provided with a key fob/pass for entry to parking as well as the building, and a code for apartment entry. Both Jordan and Shante responded immediately to any requests and are definitely on top of their game. I would definitely stay here again as it is quite convenient to many areas in Atlanta.

Perfect space and location
