Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire unit throughout your stay. Keep in mind that our unit is updated, but The building is an older building and a busy high rise. This means you can hear (and sometimes smell) neighbor activity in the hallway and even through the vents.



Guests will be required to check-in with the concierge in the lobby and have their ID

scanned upon arrival. Guests are required to come and go through the lobby throughout their stay.



There is a laundry room located in the basement of the building. Payment is required (credit card payment is accepted)



The Neighborhood:

Downtown Atlanta is the ultimate in urban living. From the Victorian-era buildings to the brand-new skyscrapers, it’s the center of action in the city. Downtown has a few distinct areas, such as Fairlie-Poplar, South Downtown, Centennial Hill, and Sono. While each one has its own special flair and flavor, they all have the high-powered mix of restaurants, attractions, and commerce that characterizes Downtown.

Getting Around:

Peachtree Center Marta Station is 3 blocks away. The train takes 25 minutes to the airport ($2.50), Midtown is 5 minutes, Buckhead is 10 minutes. The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft from anything Downtown or Midtown, traffic considering. There are BYRD scooters for rent right outside the building per availability. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately, this is something out of our control.



Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.



AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.



Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.

The host was stellar. Very responsive, both before and during the stay. The size of the place was good deal for the price. Fresh towels. And we appreciated the touch of coffee and creamer already stocked and waiting. But there was no air-conditioning at all during our stay, which made the place quite warm. The front desk was rarely staffed or guarded. And the host's posted notes about the building being under construction and the parking lot being a bit of a sketchy mess were on point.

We needed a place to stay close to the Eastern and this was a great spot! The condo was very close to downtown and easily accessible from I-20. The condo is nicely renovated and very clean. The condo security was very assuring as well.
