Our luxury space has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dinning area and living room. Washing machine and dryer available for use.

Each room has a queen bed (therapeutic mattresses) equipped with extra comfy blankets and pillows for additional guests . Conveniently store your belongs in dressers or your own walk in closets!

Each bathroom has extra sets of bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with eating and cooking utensils. Pots, pans and baking equipment also provided ! We have a toaster, blender and a coffee maker with complementary coffee ! We also provide Complementary water!

Dinning Area overlooks the city. Sits 4 and we have 2 bar stools for our guests.

Our living room space has a sofa bed that can be used for up to 2 guest to sleep on . Enjoy free Netflix on our Flat screen Tv or sit in our fluffy saucer chair while drinking coffee and enjoy the city view !

Other things to note
Please remember you are staying in someone’s home and not a hotel. You have the opportunity to be apart of a great community during your stay with us, AGAIN this is NOT a hotel. We expect for all of our guests to respect the residents that live in the building.

A few Rules you must know before booking. If you agree to book that means you agree to following ALL rules listed .

-Must have key fob to enter the building and to access the elevator to your floor. Only one provided please take care of your keys and key fob it costs 150$ to replace .

- You must be okay with providing us with a check in time in order for someone to meet you on time for check in . You must keep us updated on your arrival time . Please understand that with PROPER COMMUNICATION , we can always accommodate your check in time ! We understand that emergencies happen ! Just let us know and we will do everything in our power to help ! Please understand that Atlanta traffic is very heavy, sometimes cleaners may take some time to drive to you and meet you!

-Free parking pass (250$ to replace)for 1 VEHICLE. You will have to pay for parking around our building if you bring a car over the limit.

*Pets are not allowed .

- Feel free to use all the furniture but also take care of it as if it were your own we would love for our next guests to enjoy it as well .

- Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed. 250$ fee each day for smoking. WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE SMOKING POLICY. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY OR IN THE HOME. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND. DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF THE VIOLATION AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR DAMAGES MAY BE CHARGED TOWARDS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

- No parties or events . Please keep noise down. Atlanta has an excellent selection of nightlife options. Noise complaints are unacceptable and can result in automatic expulsion with no refunds.

We charge 25$ for every hour you go over your checkout time or every hour before check in time (Early check in fee)
For example if you go passed 11am we charge 25$ . If we have other guests checking in that day and you go passed 12pm you will be charged another night. Please let us know in advance if you need a late check out so we can coordinate payment . Thank you
