- Guests will have access to the entire home.
-Guests will be given a code to access additional items if necessary
-Pets allowed. If pets damage the home or carpet in any way, additional fees will apply.
-Owner assumes no liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property.
-Owner assumes no liability for uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, construction nuisances or other reasons beyond our control.
-Owner assumes no liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, internet service or plumbing.



-There are outside security cameras, & a ring doorbell by the front door.
-A smoke detector is present inside the home.

-We will do our best to respond promptly & accommodate requests/needs from guests.

Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)

No parties or events
No pets over 10 Lbs. No aggressive or large pets
DO NOT ALLOW PETS TO USE THE RESTROOM ON THE PROPERTY. YOU MUST TAKE YOUR PET FOR A WALK TO A DESIGNATED AREA. FEES WILL APPLY IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN.
PS: Urine stains the grass and damages it. Fees will apply if lawn is damaged in any way. Feces, creates an environment that is unsanitary and unpleasant for the following guests. Please mindful of others who may have children who want to enjoy the outdoors.


**PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES THOROUGHLY**


- No shoes worn in the house.
- No eating or drinking in carpeted areas.
- No entering areas that have locked doors.
- No loud noise. Please be mindful of neighbors.

- Garbage & recycling bins must be placed by the curb on Tuesday nights.
- All mattress covers must remain on mattresses during use, unless being washed.
- All pillow covers must remain on pillows during use, unless being washed.
- Please turn off all lights not in use.
- Please refrain from taking items that do not belong to you. Missing items will result in charged fees.
- Fees will be charged for damaged property.
- Additional fees may apply for breaking home rules.
- Bookings are subject to cancellation if home rules are not followed. There will be no refund.
- Before booking, please be sure rules have been thoroughly read & understood.


-- CLEANING (UPON DEPARTURE) --

-Please leave the home in the condition where it was found (there’s no need to make up beds).
-If furniture or other items are moved, please place them back in their original areas.
-Please place dirty rags/towels in the wash room to be cleaned.


-Check out time is 11AM. The door code will change automatically at that time, to prepare for the arrival of new guests.
