If you are a long term tenant we must inspect the unit every 2 weeks. If the unit is not being kept to a certain standard we will schedule a cleaning within 48 hours at the current guestâs expense. This is to maintain the level of sanitation in the home as we have multiple guests and want to maintain the integrity of the unit.
