Welcome to your fully renovated retreat in Peachtree Hills, one of Buckhead’s most charming and centrally located neighborhoods. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home was completely updated in 2022 and offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience.

Ideal for families, business travelers, or group stays, the home features two master suites—one located on a separate wing for added privacy, the other near two additional bedrooms, creating a flexible layout for all types of guests. A dedicated workspace, fully stocked kitchen, and an abundance of towels, blankets, and linens ensure you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The large private backyard includes a basketball hoop, perfect for relaxing or staying active outdoors. Inside, enjoy fast 800 Mbps Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and modern furnishings throughout.

The home is situated on a busier street, providing quick and easy access to major roads and attractions.

Whether you’re visiting for work or a getaway, this thoughtfully designed Buckhead home offers a spacious, stylish base to experience Atlanta like a local.

Other things to note:

The house is an older home, completely renovated in 2022, and is approximately 1,600 square feet. It is located on a busier street. The lawn care provider typically comes once every two weeks, usually on Monday or Tuesday.

My husband or I will stop by to pull the garbage bins from the side of the house to the curb on Monday evening or Tuesday morning, and we’ll return to bring them back in on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. When handling the trash bins, we will only be outside.

**House Rules**

1. **No smoking** of any kind inside the house or on the balcony. A $350 fee applies for violations.

2. **Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.** Please keep outdoor noise low to respect neighbors.

3. **Only registered guests may stay overnight.**

4. **No unauthorized visitors are allowed**, except for 1–2 daytime guests.

5. **Events, gatherings, and filming** are allowed only with prior host approval.
– $250 event fee applies (up to 20 people, which includes overnight guests).
– Between hours of 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.
– No loudspeakers or amplified music.
– Parking for 4–6 cars on the property; additional parking on nearby streets.
– **No parking on the lawn.**
– Guests are responsible for any damages caused during events.

6. **Late check-out without prior approval** will incur a fee of $100 per hour, prorated after a 15-minute grace period.

Business Trip That Felt Like Home

Four BR, 3 full bathrooms and all on 1st floor. Beautiful island in the kitchen. Everything clean and outstanding location to see all there is to see in Atlanta (by car).

I want to start with the positives. The location for where we were needing to be was good. There was also a publix right up the road and great pizza that was deliverable. The listing was accurate in the number of bedrooms and the layout was good for our family. My parents stayed in what was the converted garage and my husband and kids stayed on the other end. We appreciated the washer and dryer and there was a good use of supplies in the kitchen although some of the silverware was laughably small for no apparent reason. Rai was pleasant to work with and I loved that it was a keyless entry so we could just use a code. There were a couple of things that weren’t the best largely due to the floors. This was obviously an older home that a remodel attempt to was done but the floors weren’t taken into consideration. There was a slant in the bedroom we stayed in and the floors were so loud everywhere you walked that the adults didn’t feel like we could stay up to chat after the kids went to bed because even walking down the hallway would wake them up. Overall, it suited our needs for this trip, but I likely wouldn’t stay here again without the floors being fixed first.

Perfect for family of 6!

Very clean, organized, and thoughtfully decorated. Two masters with bathroom suites were awesome. Everything was well stocked including beverage fridge and kitchen essentials. Only add-on suggestion would be a simple shoe rack inside for those who don't walk in homes with their shoes on. We loved our stay!

Outstanding house, location and host!

We traveled to Atlanta to catch a couple of Braves games and see the city sights. This house was the perfect place for our family of four! The location can't be beat -- easy access to Truist Park and downtown, and lots of amenities nearby. Rai was an excellent host! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Rai was proactive in communications and quick to respond to messages. Absolutely no issues at all with check-in or during our stay. We highly recommend this property for your Atlanta stay!

Feels luxurious and very family friendly!

This house was fantastic! Excellent house for families! Very clean, rooms were amazing! My son and I loved playing basketball on the court in the back yard. 10 minute walk to a nice park and public pool. Going downtown was as easy as taking another 10 minute walk to the MARTA station, or a 10 minute drive. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking/driving distance. Communication with host was fantastic and check out was shockingly easy! We had an amazing stay and my kids were very bummed when we had to leave our "new house" and travel back home :-)

Beautiful Buckhead Bungalow

This property was magnificent! Pictures do not do justice. The high end finishes in the property are luxurious. The location is a hidden gem in the heart of Atlanta’s world famous, Buckhead area. The home is close to the Marta train station in a beautiful walkable community. The property owner was attentive to our needs. Everything was spotless. The fenced in back yard was peaceful and quiet enough to work outside. This felt like home away from home. We will be back. Thank you. Thank you.
