Excellent stay, great host!

This was a wonderful long holiday weekend for us and my family visiting from LA. Beautiful home-very clean and all of the amenities needed to facilitate a family getaway. Quiet neighborhood convenient to major interstates. The host was extremely responsive and available if needed. I will definitely recommend this property and host to others!

Nice, comfortable, spacious

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Jamaul's property. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was only a few minutes from the Atlanta airport and I-285 interstate which was very convenient for our comings and goings. Jamaul was very responsive to questions and requests. There was a couple of minor things that was shared with the property manager to address for future guests. The most important feedback provided was the need to stock the kitchen. Supplies (glasses, utentsils, etc.) was way too scarce to accommodate a family. I would have spent more time preparing meals than eating out if there were ample kitchen supplies. Both Jamaul and the property manager acknowledged that they would place orders to restock the kitchen I am certain that future guests would greatly appreciate that! Thank you Jamau for your hospitality!

My family stayed here for Thanksgiving. The house was great. Very good location close to grocery stores and eateries not far from downtown Atlanta. All the amenities that you need for your stay was provided. We will certainly be back

A Hidden Gem

This property was great for our stay. Very roomy. We got more than we expected. The property manager communication was second to none. Close to the airport and shopping which was a plus for me. Will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

Freakin Amazing

This property looks way better than the pics. It looks way better in person.This place was very clean and smelled like as if I was at my house. We didn’t want to leave. It was so close to the airport and all the shopping areas. So I wish I can give this property a rate of 1000 I would. It was that nice. Thank you so much.

No frills

Overall, the property provided us a place to eat meals and relax after a long day at the zoo and another long day at the aquarium. We only stay at VRBO properties and if you do the same, you know there are some property managers/owners that go the extra mile. There were minimal kitchen utensils, no laundry soap, hardly any dish soap, no spices other than salt and pepper, no cooking spray or oil...some of the bulk items that other property managers will keep on hand were absent here. That was fine, ultimately we ran to WalMart which is really close and were able to get what we needed rather quickly. Aside from that though, there are also no cleaning utensils. The property cleanliness was a big concern for me - there were multiple hairs on the floor in the upstairs bathrooms (took pictures and sent to property manager) and what looked like toothpaste residue on the sinks (did not send a picture). The property manager said he sent his cleaners back (the hairs on the floor disappeared, but the toothpaste residue did not). We ended up buying our own Clorox wipes to clean the bathroom handles and kitchen handles because we just weren't confident after that. I would not stay at this property again - I found myself feeling a little icky the 3 nights we spent there. The master bed also has a plastic mattress cover on it which just added to the 'ick' factor and makes for a REALLY warm night sleep, regardless of A/C. Too many questionable items for me to feel comfortable recommending to someone else.

Awesome place in a nice quiet neighborhood

Place was really awesome and updated! (Check out the led light sink upstairs!) We we’re outside for a bit while there and the neighbors were all really friendly to us. Host was super responsive and made our check in extremely easy. Thanks for the great stay!
