Nicely appointed duplex in Buckhead

This property is newly remodeled, very clean and nicely appointed. One of the people in our party is older and had a little trouble getting down to the unit (it is below street level). Also, there is a dangerous drainage gap in the street that you need to be careful with getting in and out of car (parking is only on street). The owner was very good at communicating and answering our question. Overall location and experience was very good.

Buckhead Bonanza

Quick trip to the ATL was greatly enhanced via the wonderful accommodations in Garden Hills. Any time you can be inside the perimeter of I-285 makes for a better experience and this was no exception. The property was easy to find, centrally located, close to restaurants, grocery stores and things to do. The host was constantly in contact and the property itself was warm and inviting. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautifully Appointed Duplex...

...with nicer and more amenities than I expected, including bluetooth-connected music in the bathroom. It seemed that every possible need had been accounted for. The place was clean and very comfortable. We had been warned about being able to hear footsteps from the rooms above us, and yes, they were quite noticeable, but no other sounds from above were heard. Other than that, a great place to stay in a great location in Buckhead.

We were looking for a nice place within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Buckhead and this place met our needs. I was as advertised. Very well done inside and great outside area to sit and enjoy the birds singing. Host was very available and responsive.

Buckhead Visit

We loved staying at the duplex in the garden hills area of Buckhead. The location is ideal for exploring Buckhead village by foot. There are so many restaurants within walking distance. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The house is equipped with everything you need. Michael, our host, was very responsive to our needs, and great with recommendations on where to eat and what to do.

Great Mini Vacation

Michael was great and very accommodating. The unit was very comfortable for a family of 4 and a small dog. The unit was very clean, updated, and had everything we needed. We had a great time and hope to be back in the future.

The property and location are great! What really makes this rental exceptional is the host and all of the special touches he provides. Well stocked with so many supplies, Michael has thought of everything! If you own a pet, this place is for you. It is right next to a terrific little park that my pup loved. This is my go to when staying in Atlanta!

If you plan to stay in Atlanta, choose this place. You will love it! Close to everything. Plenty of space. Clean and cozy.
