Beautiful Little Place

Our stay was amazing! This home is well-kept, extremely clean and very secure! Being that it has a driveway to park my car was a plus! Management was easy to get ahold of and extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely consider staying here again:)

House needs some attention to how people use it. Kitchen poorly stocked. Only dishes for 4 shortage of utensils. No kitchen towels napkins etc. the reason we rent homes is to do as home cook. Also same issue in bathrooms no hand towels no bath mats. Great house just need more attention to details. Change this and we would be back

I traveled with my husband and four teenagers, (a total of 6 of us). This property was perfect. The beds were super comfortable. The amazing smell when you walked in was welcoming. The host left enough towels for our stay. She even left complimentary snacks (little bags of chips). She was super easy to communicate with via the VRBO app and messaging center. We had to stay close to the GWCC for a cheer competition (Cheersport). The drive from this house to the GWCC was no longer than 16 minutes. The house was clean and we never felt on top of each other like we would have if we had stayed in a hotel. It was very nice.

Great stay for College Football National Championship

Shea's place was perfect for our stay in Atlanta. It was just as described. Clean and everything was in working order. Good communication. Short ride to downtown. 5-star.

The house was nice. All amenities were as listed and there were even complimentary items the owners provided. Service was great and communication was FAST and very thorough concerning any questions we had.

Nice home out of place

The property was refurbished. It is located in an area where they've begun some gentrification. This particular property is the last in the line of that effort however. The surrounding area is not appealing and reflects poorly on the work the owner has done to bring it current. Previous renters had also done some damage to it as well (broken door). The owner was easy to communicate with and gave thorough instructions. We were minutes from our venue (GWCC) which in Atlanta is golden. All in all the house in and of itself was a good rental and served our purposes. If there was any complaint in conjunction with the location it would be an excessive amount of hair on the sheets and in the shower apparently left by the cleaning lady. Water temps were reversed but we were foretold by the owner.

Overall good stay

The property manager was very responsive on the few times we reached out. Overall the home was nice and welcoming. Only downsides were some of the kitchen utensils were dirty or broken (I had to purchase a wine bottle opener because theirs was broken), the kitchen drawer handles were sticky and needed cleaning, and one of the bedroom doors had damage. Minor things but noted. I also received a claim for damage from the required insurance company after the stay for items we didn’t even use (dishwasher) or communicated issue to the manager about (TV remotes).

Great spot for a concert

The house was great, we were in town for a concert. Location is very convenient to the venue and plenty of great places to eat nearby. The house was clean and everything was very comfortable. The owner provided plenty of toiletries, paper towels and trash bags. It's nice not to have to think about that when staying for a few days.

Nice renovated property

The property was recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The neighborhood is in transition, but property had plenty of lighting and security system. Our family really enjoyed the visit as property was located close to downtown Atlanta and other attractions.

House was just like the pics very comfortable for a family of 6 with 3 adults and 3 kids. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions. Home was convenient to downtown about 15 mins. Overall great stay!
