Please note that there is a $100 fee for each pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Any additional cleaning required will incur a $200 charge.

𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻/𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝘂𝘁:
Early check-in and late checkout are available for $25 per hour. If you need assistance with arrangements, feel free to message us in advance. Unauthorized overstaying of one hour or more will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s fee.

Pets are welcome for $50/per pets.
Kindly inform us before booking and provide details about your pet's breed and size so we can confirm.
Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am.

Early check in fee: $25
Late check out fee: $25
Unauthorized overstaying for 1 hour or more: Charge is equivalent to 1 night fee
Unauthorized parties: $3,000 fines

Violating the House rules may result to penalties depending on the severity of the case:

*Unauthorized guests - $1000 fine
Excess noise - $1000 fine
*Smoking inside the unit - $1500 standard fine plus additional days if home can't host following guest.
*Damages and excessive dirt/trash - $150 minimum
