Nous nous spécialisons dans le luxe et le confort! Bien que nous soyons nouveaux sur VRBO / Homeaway, nous avons un dossier prouvé de plus de 200 critiques cinq étoiles sur ABB.

Notre endroit a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et meublĂ© avec style avec de nombreux Ă©quipements spĂ©ciaux. Spacieux maĂźtre avec dressing sĂ©parĂ© avec vue sur notre forĂȘt urbaine. Vous pourrez profiter pleinement de notre terrasse en pierre avec table de ferme et table de bistrot (parfaites pour le cafĂ© du matin!). L'emplacement imbattable est Ă  quelques pas des restaurants et des Ă©piceries avec un accĂšs rapide aux meilleures attractions d'Atlanta.

Kathie was a wonderful host and communicator. She provided the check in and check out details ahead of time and promptly responded to my messages. The home was well appointed, and we really appreciated the family-friendly offerings, particularly the pack & play, high chair, baby gates, books, and toys. It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to Piedmont Park and a short drive away from downtown. We’d definitely stay here again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOST AND PROPERTY - We loved staying in this charming midcentury bungalow. It is well-located in a beautiful tucked-away neighborhood, great for walking and proximity to city. The house was tastefully decorated, clean (without added scents), comfortable, and well equipped, including quallity applicances. We appreciated Kathie’s attention to detail in this property, e.g. bathroom rugs that feel nice, birdhouses, bird feeders with ample seed, and excellent consideration to accomodate guest with limited mobility. We really enjoyed the view of the gorgeous patio and all the visiting “wildlife”/ birds. We hope to return when the weather is more conducive to hanging out outside and enjoying the firepit and the farm table. We were grateful for the parking on the property the lighting, and street parking. Kathie’s communications were very responsive, helpful, and kind.

Overall it is clear the owner has done this for a long time and the place had everything we needed. If you are a small family with young kids this is a great childproofed (for the most part - stair gates!) and stocked option. As someone who doesn’t use VRBO very often I would suggest reading the details VERY carefully and knowing there are a lot of rules for this house. Six people max - NO visitors allowed. That is the first time I’ve had that be the case so took me by surprise sadly. We mostly chose due to proximity to a dear friend’s place. Hope this helps!

This home is located in a wonderful, safe, friendly neighborhood, that is very close to everything - grocery stores, resteraunts, botanical garden, and more. The owner went above and beyond in all aspects - the home is welcoming, well decorated, with luxuries- thick towels, comfy throw blankets, fantastically thick, snuggly comforters, rosemary scented toiletries, and other unexpected niceties, however the home is still felt casual, comfortable and sturdy. The kids felt right at home and we appreciated the extra toys and toiletries just for them. Cant say enough good things! Would definately stay here again and again! Good location for all ages.

We had a wonderful stay at this Atlanta home! Kathy was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit, which made everything even easier. The house itself was cozy, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — especially in the kitchen. All the appliances and little extras were much appreciated and made it feel like home. The location was fantastic: convenient to everything we wanted to do, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. Perfect Location

This was our 2nd time at the property and it was just as clean and organized as last time. Communication was amazing, we were there during some predicted storms and Kathie made sure we had the information we would need should the worst of the weather come through - thankfully it didn't. The house was clean and has everything you could need. It is well located to get to pretty much anything you might want to in Atlanta, but is tucked away and peaceful that you wouldn't believe that it is so close to so much. It is definitely the top of our return list for our trips to Atlanta.

Accessible stay for senior family member

The host added a raised toilet seat and grab bar to the first floor bathroom, along with providing a walker for our stay. We were able to get around with the wheelchair as well, with only minor adjustments to the furniture arrangement downstairs. This made a challenging travel situation so much more comfortable for us.

This amazing home was just what I was looking for! The location was ideal for our time in Atlanta and very centrally located. The home was as fresh and clean as it appears in the photographs. Everything we needed was available and even snacks and beverages in the refrigerator when we arrived. Kathie is a thoughtful and communicative host. She provided us with a comprehensive restaurant, area and convenience reference guide which was very helpful. A must stay if you are looking for that charming get-away in the mid-town area!

Perfect in Every Way

In the midst of Midtown Atlanta, is this lovely home in an urban forest setting. Patio filled with ferns, beautiful songbirds, squirrels, and chipmunks. Tall trees all around. The house is extremely clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully and comfortably. The owners have planned carefully for their guests. The location is ideal. We were extremely close to grocery stores and all the things we wanted to see. I would recommend this listing to everybody. I hope to make a return trip soon.

One of our best VRBO experiences yet

We were so happy staying here. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily stay here again. This is a beautifully, carefully appointed accommodation where the hosts have gone out of their way to provide well-appreciated amenities: fresh flowers, a variety of snacks and beverage options awaited us. There were all sorts of birdhouses and feeders in the yard to cater to my family's bird-watching hobby, and the most adorable "little library" across the street to occupy my bookworms. This is a quiet and lovely neighborhood, and it appears the hosts live adjacent to the rental, so please consider this rental if your party can respect this. Even Better the Second Time

This property is perfect in every regard and a convenient, central location to various activities in the Atlanta metro area. I stayed here solo the first time and enjoyed it so much that I returned with my family for a second trip. It’s now my go-to short term rental in the city. Kathie is one of the most exceptional hosts I’ve ever encountered on the platform. She has thought of every creature comfort with a level of organization that is so hard to find these days. Everything You Need!

The property was exactly as described, communication with the property manager was great, the house was super clean and comfortable. All the little extras that you don't always find made it feel like you were staying at a friend's house while they were away. Pancake mix, snacks, the best stocked seasoning cabinet we have experienced. If you forgot some toiletries they probably had you covered, and 'the good TP' 😊. Very conveniently located to shops and restaurants and things to do but tucked away so it is quiet and you can enjoy the patio. Definitely somewhere we would want to book again.

Beautiful Home

Katie was an amazing host. The check in process was easy and communication was always fast if we needed anything during our stay. Her home was beautifully decorated, clean and very accommodating. The ideal location conveniently within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The home was cozy and had anything and everything that you would need for your stay. The patio area that was perfect for entertaining and the firepit was a highlight for our evening conversations. The neighborhood was very beautiful and I felt extremely safe while taking my morning walks. If i’m ever in Atlanta I definitely would stay again and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Top Notch Stay

This is a fantastic listing. I highly recommend it. The neighborhood is nice and quite yet close to most anything you would like to do. The space is very clean. It is well equipped. Host is quick to communicate. Pictures are accurate. 100% would suggest staying here.

Perfect Place to Stay in Atlanta!

I have stayed at dozens of vacation rentals over the years, and I put Midcentury Bungalow Two at the top of my list! We were in Atlanta for 11 days following my daughter's surgery at Piedmont Hospital. We needed a place that was close to the hospital, grocery stores, and restaurants, but that also had a first-floor bedroom and walk-in shower for my daughter. The bungalow checked every box and then some. It was comfortable, spacious, and immaculate, with numerous amenities. Kathie was a gracious and communicative host, with the most incredible eye for detail that I've come across. She has thought of every possible thing you may need when you're in a vacation rental. At every turn, there was something else I came across that made me think, "what a brilliant idea!" In addition, the bungalow is so well located. It's a two-minute drive to the grocery store and numerous restaurants, yet, I felt like I was in a peaceful, secluded, and safe residential neighborhood. I recommend this bungalow to anyone traveling to Atlanta and will pass along my recommendation to family and friends!
